By booking or using my services, you acknowledge and agree to my terms and conditions. Additionally, you confirm your attendance at your scheduled appointment.

Booking Appointments

All appointments can be booked online through my website, Booksy via email at listowelmassagetherapy@gmail.com or directly in person/by phone 089 616 4879

Please provide accurate contact details at the time of booking so I can confirm your appointment or contact you if needed.

Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive services.

Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant clients are welcome to book massage services starting from the 13th week of pregnancy onwards.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that plans can change, and I aim to make my cancellation policy as clear and straightforward as possible.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20 euro.

No-shows (missed appointments without notice) may be charged the full appointment amount.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid online.

I accept cash, revolut app , and gift vouchers.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate at the time of booking.

Gift Vouchers

Digital gift vouchers are available for purchase through my website.

Paper vouchers are available for purchase in my studio.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Each voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Health & Safety

Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.

Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions, and I may adjust or refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

Your safety and wellbeing are always my top priority.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment starts on time.

The full session fee will still apply.
