By booking or using my services, you acknowledge and agree to my terms and conditions. Additionally, you confirm your attendance at your scheduled appointment.

Booking Appointments

All appointments can be booked online through my website, Booksy via email at listowelmassagetherapy@gmail.com or directly in person/by phone 089 616 4879

Please provide accurate contact details at the time of booking so I can confirm your appointment or contact you if needed.

Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive services.

Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant clients are welcome to book massage services starting from the 13th week of pregnancy onwards.

CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given before your scheduled appointment time.

Please note:

Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in being charged the full treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or, if significantly late, may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

Additional Information

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment via your preferred payment method.

 

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid online.

I accept cash, revolut app , and gift vouchers.

Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate at the time of booking. 

Please be aware that any credit or debit cards used to secure a booking online or stored on file, may be used to pay for your visit or charge no-show fees.

Gift Vouchers

Digital gift vouchers are available for purchase through my website.

Paper vouchers are available for purchase in my studio.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Each voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a deduction from the gift voucher balance

Health & Safety

Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment.

Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions, and I may adjust or refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
